Hardware or Software?

Shop Bench
Our shop bench is not pretty, but it is a multitasking operation. We can continue working on other systems while waiting for a customer response or a special parts order.
Need help with my Dell PC. My personal email always goes to trash and every morning I must review them and restore them to my in-box and/or delete. Probably just a setting change.
