The Household plan includes 3 family computers for $39.95 per month. Additional computers can be added for $12.95. The plan includes unlimited incidents for remote support and shop labor. Replacement parts are not covered. Onsite service is available waiving the $40 service charge at $95 per hour.

This is the most effective service is when computers have access to the internet. Troubleshooting sessions can usually be handled online with the backup solution to bring the computer into the shop
Shop Service
Shop service labor is included in this plan. In situations where remote support is not possible the next best solution is shop service. Our expert shop bench is the best for advanced troubleshooting and for tackling deep hardware problems involving parts replacement with special order issues. Here, custom built and preowned computers are sold as well as upgrades to existing computers.
Onsite Service
Aare available at the rate of $95 per hour and a service fee of $39.95. Most commonly networking issues require onsite service. We also offer a pickup and delivery service for those who require a shop service repair but are unable to make the trip. Another common reason for onsite service is the malfunction of a wireless printer that requires printer console manipulation.
