No one knows the answer better than those closest to the problem.  Documentation of process is the key to preserving posterity.  Your best and brightest have developed processes that are critical to your success, and it is the key to continuous improvement.  It is critical to document those processes to avoid a major disruption should a key employee become unavailable.

Techsmith Snagit

Having the tools to capture work in progress is the best way to document computer process.  Having a well-defined documentation is the way to preserve brain trust and mitigate the pragmatic approach to process change.  Snagit is a quick and easy way capture screen video motion and build a library of snapshots for reuse in projects like website updates and training documentation.

TechSmith Camtasia

Camtasia is another tool which we use to edit full  video productions.  This in conjunction with audiate is the best way to produce podcasts or presentations to customers.

Camtasia will capture real time screen video and webcam recording multiple sound track audio overlays. 

TechSmith Audiate

Audiate is a remarkable tool that allows for the production of studio quality of audio with ordinary recording equipment.  The recorded voice is transcribed into text which can be edited and replayed in your original voice.  The allows for blunders in speech to be removed without re-recording the entire script.  This is excellent for voice overs in video productions

Microsoft OneNote

Probably one of the most underrated  tools on the market is OneNote.  It is essentially a digital 3ring binder with Notebooks, tabs and pages for incredible organization for all of your content.
