Run The Program
This program will be downloaded onto your computer and require you to run. It will install Splashtop and generate a one time code. Note that this program will be available for future support session when you provide su with another code
Give Us The Code
Having run the program above, you will be provided a code like the one on the right. While we are yet on the phone, you provide the code to us and that allows the connection to made between our computers. We will then be able to see and operate your computer. We will both have control of the keyboard and mouse so you can illustrate the problem you are having.
