In-Shop Service
In situations where remote support is impossible, the next best solution is shop service. Our expert shop bench is the best for advanced troubleshooting and tackling serious hardware problems involving parts replacement with special order issues. Here, custom-built and preowned computers provide replacement or upgrades to existing computers.
Immediate Remote Service
Sometimes you need help right now. We make every effort to do that. Many times we can resolve the issue without an onsite service call and before bringing your computer to our service center. You must have an internet connection and able to receive instructions from us over the phone.
Onsite Service
Onsite service is particularly valuable when the problem involves the environment rather than one computer: networks, Wi-Fi, printers, shared resources, multiple workstations, servers/NAS, cabling, or business systems. Those are things a customer can’t reasonably bring into the Service Center. We also offer a pickup and delivery service for those who need a shop service repair but cannot make the trip.
Advanced Troubleshooting
Some computer problems don’t fit neatly into a standard repair category. Intermittent failures, unusual hardware and software conflicts, performance problems, network issues and difficult system configurations can require more than replacing a component or reinstalling software.
PCS brings decades of hands-on computer experience to difficult problems, including situations where conventional troubleshooting has failed to identify the cause.
