Our new customers do not use our service plans, but instead opt for as needed service.  We have a rate structure to cover those requirements

Remote Service

Allows us to connect to your computer after you have made contact with us.  You must be on the internet and able to receive an email which contains instructions for connection to occur.  See Immediate Helpdesk.    If we are unable to resolve your issue remotely we have two alternatives below.

Shop Service

In situations where remote support is not possible the next best solution is shop service.  Our expert shop bench is the best for advanced troubleshooting and for tackling deep hardware problems involving parts replacement with special order issues.  Here, custom built and preowned computers are sold as well as upgrades to existing computers.​

Onsite Service

Most commonly networking issues require onsite service. We also offer a pickup and delivery service for those who require a shop service repair but are unable to make the trip.   Another common reason for onsite service is the malfunction of a wireless printer that requires printer console manipulation.
